So today I decided to talk a walk outside in this 73 degree weather (im in Florida). It felt great. I’ve always enjoyed jogging outside. My original plan was to use the treadmills at the fitness center in my building, but once I seen how beautiful it was outside and how perfect the cool to warmth ratio was, I opted to stay outdoors. I can use the fitness center once it gets cold.
